3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information necessary for service scheduling and execution.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation
To schedule a service, users must contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, and electronic transfers. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We guarantee our work for a period of 30 days; if any issues arise within this period, we will address them at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alfajores Air Duct Cleaning Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Alfajores Air Duct Cleaning Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Dispute Resolution
